Is reception at the hotel available 24 hours a day?

Reception hours are currently 9am – 5pm daily.

Is there security?

Medusa features state-of-the-art security including 24 hour back to base surveillance of all public areas.

Is Medusa suitable for families?

We have king or queen sized beds available for our different room categories. The bed configuration cannot be changed and a maximum of two people are permitted per room.

Is there a pool or a gym?

Medusa doesn’t have a pool or gym in the hotel, however we can suggest several local pools and gyms within the local area (casual fee costs apply).

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

We don’t have a restaurant but we are right in the heart of Sydney’s café, restaurant and bar precinct and there are dozens of choices. The front desk staff can help you find what’s right for you.

Does Medusa offer room service?

If you feel like eating in we can arrange delivery from some of the great restaurants in the area.

What about parking?

We do not have parking on site however there are parking stations around Darlinghurst. Please contact us for the closest ones.

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs are welcome in allocated rooms with prior notice. Additional cleaning fee applies.

Can I have a party?

No, sorry, no parties or events allowed.

Can I connect to the internet from my room?

Yes, wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

Are there business facilities?

No, however we have some public areas that can be used.

Is there tea and coffee making facilities in the room?

Yes. All rooms have kitchenettes which also include a microwave oven. There is also a well-stocked mini bar.

Do all rooms have a window that opens?

Yes.

Is a bath available in the rooms?

Many of our rooms have a bath but not all. If you’d like a bath just let us know at the time of your booking. We will do our best to accommodate you however this is not guaranteed.

Are there any laundry facilities at the hotel?

No, for any laundry/bag wash or drycleaning please ask our team to direct you.

Do you offer corporate rates or long stay rates?

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

Is late check-out available?

Noon check-out is subject to availability on the day.

Yes GST is included in our quoted rates.

Do you have a lift?

No, we are a boutique hotel across three levels. We have limited ground floor rooms so please contact us directly for availability.
