As a boutique hotel housed within a beautifully restored heritage terrace, we don’t have a lift. Rooms are accessed via stairs, which is part of the building’s original character and charm. If you have mobility concerns or need assistance with luggage, our team will be delighted to help.

Yes, we love pets. Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms with prior notice. Pets are allowed in The Courtyard Cove rooms.

Our rooms are well equipped with your own kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, bar fridge and sink. Also included are dinner utensils for light dining. We also offer rooms with bath tubs which may suit your little ones. If you require any further assistance, do not hesitate to call, email or request upon reservation.

We have a strict, no-smoking policy for all of our rooms and that we ask all our guests to kindly follow. This includes no smoking on balcony.
